RelevantKnowledge - Frequently Asked Questions

  • Be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • Review the membership agreement and consent to participate in the RelevantKnowledge community.
  • Own or control any computer that you allow to be configured for participation in RelevantKnowledge.
  • Be the parent or legal guardian of anyone under 18 having access to such computer.
  • You agree to inform those individuals with access to the computer on which the software is being installed that you have agreed to join RelevantKnowledge, and obtain explicit consent from those individuals to be a part of the panel and to be subject to the panel membership agreement.
  • To the extent that you are installing the software at work, you have the permission from your employer to install the software onto your workstation.



  • RelevantKnowledge sponsors select software that members enjoy for free·
  • By joining RelevantKnowledge, members are given the opportunity participate in periodic surveys for which they qualify, and enter into sweepstakes or receive other rewards.

    We appreciate your participation in RelevantKnowledge. However, if you decide you no longer wish to participate in RelevantKnowledge simply follow these instructions.

    Metro Mode - Windows 8
      1. Right click on the "RelevantKnowledge" tile.
      2. Select "Uninstall" from the menu presented at the bottom of the screen. 
      3. Select RelevantKnowledge and click on "Uninstall".
      4. Reboot the machine to complete the uninstall process.


    Desktop Mode - Windows 8
      1. Open windows explorer and search for "control panel".
      2. In the control panel, select "Uninstall Programs".
      3. Select "RelevantKnowledge", and click on "Uninstall".
      4. Reboot the machine to complete the uninstall process.


    All other Windows-based PCs
      1. Go to your Start menu in the lower left hand corner of computer screen.
      2. In the menu select Settings then Control Panel (Select "Control Panel" only for Vista & Windows 7).
      3. Under the Control Panel menu, find and select the icon for "add/Remove Programs" (or "Programs and Features" in Vista and "Programs" in Windows 7).
      4. Locate RelevantKnowledge from the auto populated list of software currently installed on your computer. Highlight RelevantKnowledge and then hit Remove (or "uninstall" in Vista and Windows 7).
      5. A prompt will ask you to confirm you want to remove RelevantKnowledge.
